Total Home Health Inspection in LA County
A deeper environmental health inspection for households concerned about mold, its byproducts, and what they might mean for people living in the home.
Uncovering Hidden Environmental Health Risks
The Total Home Health Inspection goes beyond a standard mold check. It's designed to identify not only mold contaminants but also the conditions that let them take hold, with a focus on environmental health and safety rather than structural repair. This service exists for households where the question isn't just "is there mold," it's "could this be affecting how we feel."
This is fundamentally different from a real estate inspection. A Total Home Health Inspection is about the people living in the home right now, not the property's resale condition.
What's Included
A thorough interior and exterior examination for signs of mold and the toxins mold species can produce, a full HVAC system inspection, and humidity, temperature, and moisture readings throughout the property. We collect two microbiology air samples for airborne mold spores, one HVAC swab sample to check for system contamination, and one bacteria sample for additional environmental health screening.
All samples are analyzed by a certified microbiology laboratory. You receive a written report with professional recommendations, along with access to environmental and medical resources if you want to follow up further.
We provide testing and inspection exclusively, never remediation, which keeps our findings independent of any incentive to oversell a problem.

Total Home Health Inspection FAQ
How is this different from a Basic Mold Inspection?
A Basic Mold Inspection focuses on locating visible and hidden mold. This inspection goes further, screening for the toxins certain mold species produce and taking a broader environmental health approach with additional sampling.
Is this a medical diagnosis?
No. This inspection assesses the property's environmental conditions. It does not diagnose medical conditions, and any health concerns should be discussed with a physician alongside our report.
How long does the process take?
The on-site inspection typically takes a few hours depending on the size of the property, with lab results and your written report following within several business days.
Are your inspectors certified?
Yes, our team is certified through recognized industry bodies, and we provide testing and inspection exclusively, never remediation.
