Indoor Air Quality Testing
Indoor Air Quality Testing in Los Angeles
Find out what's actually in the air inside your home or business, not just whether mold is visible.
When Air Quality Testing Makes Sense
Mold isn't always visible, and air quality problems aren't always mold-related. Indoor air quality testing looks specifically at what's circulating through the air you and your family, or your employees, are breathing every day, which matters most for households where symptoms exist but there's no obvious visible source.
- Respiratory symptoms, allergies, or headaches with no obvious cause
- A musty smell without any visible source of mold
- Concern about air circulating from an HVAC system that hasn't been assessed
- Wanting a baseline reading before or after renovation work
- A recent water event where mold may not be visible yet
How It Works
We collect air samples from inside the property alongside a baseline outdoor sample, which lets the lab compare indoor spore levels and types against what's naturally present outside. That comparison is what makes an air sample meaningful: a raw indoor number means very little on its own, but compared against the outdoor baseline it tells a real story about your indoor environment.
Samples go to a certified third-party lab, and your results come back as a written report you can actually understand, translated out of lab terminology and into a plain explanation of what it means for your home or business.
Because we don't perform remediation, an elevated result never comes with a follow-up sales pitch. If your air quality reading is within a typical range, that's genuinely good news for you and us both, and the report says so plainly instead of hedging toward a bigger recommendation.
Catches Hidden Mold Early
Elevated air readings with no visible mold are one of the most common and important reasons to test, catching growth behind walls or inside HVAC systems before it becomes visible.

Indoor Air Quality FAQ
Is this different from a full mold inspection?
It can be part of one, or a standalone service if you specifically want an air quality baseline without a full visual inspection. Call (702) 766-8030 to discuss which makes sense for your situation.
What if the air quality test comes back elevated but there's no visible mold?
That's actually one of the most common and important reasons to test: it can catch hidden mold growth, behind walls, under flooring, inside HVAC systems, well before it becomes visible.
How long does air sampling take?
Air sampling itself takes only a few minutes per sample; the full on-site visit typically runs one to two hours depending on the property.
